Mahatma ND Grover was born on 15^th November, 1923 at Isakal (Pakistan). He did his M.Sc. (Hons) in chemistry from Punjab University, Lahore as student of DAV college Lahore from 1936 -1945.

He was a Gandhian in thought and action and was deeply influenced by the philosophy of Maharishi Dayanand.

He was not only an inventive educationist but also a social reformer who strove hard through his life to uplift the standard of the poor and destitute.

WELCOME TO MAHATMA ND GROVER DAV PUBLIC SCHOOL

Mahatma ND Grover DAV Public School, Gosaidih, Bundu, Ranchi, a Co –Educational English medium school was established in the year 2011. The school managed by the Arya Gyan Prachar Samiti a society registered under the Societies registration Act, 1860. This school was established in the memory of Late Mahatma ND Grover a great educationist and Gandhian with the objective to imparting quality education with Vedic values to the rural and tribal students of the area.

In the initial years classes were held up to STD-I and later four new buildings were constructed covering an area of about 35000 sqft. The building provides spacious classroom, science and computer labs, Library for all round development of the students in every aspects. The lush green campus spread on three acres of land provide enough space for the students to excel in outdoor games and co-curricular activities.
