Admission & Registration Process

Admission Criteria

Applications for registration and Admissions are accepted in the month of December, every year. The pupils are usually admitted only at the beginning of the session (April). Admission will not be granted until the student has passed a test for the required class subjects.

Provisional Admission Class (V) to (VIII) will be done on the basis of performance in the Admission Test. Final Admission will be done on the basis of performance in Admission Test and previous class marks.

Age Criteria

The basic age criteria for Admission to classes Nursery and Prep (Informal Education) and Class I (Formal Education) is to be met according to the Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation or any competent authority as given hereunder:

General instructions for Fees

• School fee is payable monthly starting from April under following directions:
• The school fee in Cash/Cheque has to be paid by 20thof every month.
• School fee of February- March to be paid by 20th

Note:- After the due date late fine will be charged @ 30/-p.m.

• While paying the fees the name of the Student, Class, Section, Roll number, Admission Number and the year of admission must be compulsorily written on the counterfoil.
• Guardians are requested to kindly clear all fee dues of the current academic year latest by 20thFebruary so that their wards do not face any difficulty in appearing for the final examination.

Note:- Bus facility cannot be discontinued in midsession except in exceptional cases.
