Attendance

DAV Bundu Attendance

School pays special attention on attendance which is in line with the guidelines that have been laid down in the NEP 2020.
We have a special system through which let the parents are made aware of the absence of their ward in the school. Everyday a message is sent to the absentee’s parents. This ensures that no undue advantage is taken. 75% attendance is mandatory to be promoted to the next class.

No leave is granted except on prior application from parents/guardians for genuine reasons.

In case of illness, a medical certificate issued by a registered medical practitioner has to be submitted.

Repeated absence without leave or unexplained leave for fifteen consecutive days renders a student liable to have the name struck off the rolls. Such students will be readmitted after they pay readmission charges.

It is compulsory for students to attend school on the first and the last day after Summer Vacation, Puja Vacation, and Winter Vacation.

Leave application has to be submitted to the class teacher for prior information or else the student will be fined.
