Fifth In-House Capacity Building Training on Cyber Safety and Security Conducted at DAV Nandraj Public School

DAV Nandraj Public School successfully organized the Fifth In-House Capacity Building Training Programme on Cyber Safety and Security under the aegis of Arya Gyan Prachar Samiti (AGPS) at the Goonj Auditorium.

The programme began with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, followed by a musical presentation by the school band Waves. The training was conducted by resource persons Mr. Presenjit Kumar Thakur and Mr. Ajit Kumar Singh, who shared valuable insights on cyber safety, digital frauds, cyberbullying, data protection, and responsible use of technology.

The event was graced by Mrs. Jhumpa Singh, Headmistress, DAV Nandraj Modern School, and Mr. Deepak Kumar, Principal, Mahatma N.D. Grover DAV Public School, Bundu. More than 140 teachers from AGPS schools participated enthusiastically in the programme.

Addressing the gathering, Mr. Deepak Kumar emphasized the importance of cyber awareness and digital literacy in developing essential 21st-century skills in line with the National Education Policy (NEP).

Interactive activities, quizzes, and discussions made the session engaging and practical. The programme concluded with a renewed commitment among educators to promote safe, responsible, and informed use of digital technology among students and the community.
