Mahatma N.D. Grover DAV Public School organized various competitions on the occasion of Diwali. Students from Classes I to III made beautiful diyas.
Students from Classes IV to VII created decorative torans and kalash. Those from Classes VIII to XI made paintings based on the Diwali theme.
The school also held an inter-house rangoli competition based on the theme “Vedic Culture.” All four houses — Dayanand, Aurobindo, Vivekanand, and Shraddhanand — created beautiful, theme-based rangolis.
Through their artwork, they highlighted the importance of Vedic culture in our society. For the overall holistic development of students, such activities are just as important as academics. By gaining knowledge of the Vedas and our ancient culture, students will stay connected to the rich and meaningful heritage of India.
